An inspection of a home during it’s construction phase right before drywall goes up. Includes inspection of framing, structure, and rough in plumbing, mechanical, electrical.

Thermal Imaging Inspection
Thermal imaging is included for FREE with every home inspection (a $160 value!). Thermal imaging can allow me to see things like missing or inadequate insulation, building envelope air leaks, moisture intrusion, plumbing leaks, and overheating electrical.
Termite Inspection
Don’t let your home fall victim to termite infestation. I outsource certified technicians to inspect your home for termites to insure you are protected.
Sewer Camera Scope
I outsource a qualified professional to come out on the day of the inspection and run a video camera through your main sewer line to determine its condition and pinpoint any problems.
Warranty Inspection
Did your brand new home come with a warranty? I will come inspect it in it’s to make sure all systems and components are in working order before the builder’s warranty expires.
Mold Testing
I can take air samples in your home to test the air quality for mold and I can take swab samples to test areas that appear to be mold. Those samples are sent to a lab and the results come back on an easy to read report in a couple days.

Drone Inspection
I operate a Drone with a 4K video camera and a 48 megapixel still camera that can fly over your roof and take pictures and videos of every angle to make sure it is properly inspected. This is included FREE with every inspection, if needed.
Zac takes a lot of pride in his work and is very through. He caught multiple things that were missed by the county inspector, my husband, myself, and the project manager of our new build. We hired Rigid Inspections for our pre drywall walkthrough and final walk through. Zac did a great job explaining the issues and was very patient answering my LONG list of questions. The missing insulation in the attic has already made the inspection pay for itself and that doesn’t include the damaged shingles, plumbing leaks, missing flashing, etc. I have already referred Rigid Inspection to a couple friends because I know this is a quality locally owned business!
