Ancillary Services

Radon Testing — $140 for 0-2000 Sq Ft. $40 per additional monitor needed. If there are multiple foundation types (ex: crawlspace and basement, slab and basement etc) two monitors will be needed. Stand alone radon testing is only available in Missouri.

Termite Inspection — $60

Mold Air Sampling/Testing — $280

I can perform both air sampling and swab spot sampling. The air sampling is $280 and includes 3 samples. It is $80 per additional sample. A minimum of 3 samples per order. You choose where the sample is taken from in the home or I can help you choose. Swab sampling is $160 for the first swab and $80 per additional sample. Samples are shipped to lab via FedEx overnight and you can expect the report 2-3 business days after sampling.
