Radon Testing
Radon is a colorless, odorless, tasteless cancer causing gas that enters you home through the soil. We will test for Radon on the lowest living, or potential living, level of your home to ensure dangerous levels of radon are not present.
Thermal Imaging Inspection
Thermal imaging is included for FREE with every home inspection (a $150 value!). Thermal imaging can allow me to see things like missing or inadequate insulation, building envelope air leaks, moisture intrusion, plumbing leaks, and overheating electrical.
Drone Inspection
I operate a Drone with a 4K video camera and a 48 megapixel still camera that can fly over your roof and take pictures and videos of every angle to make sure it is properly inspected. This is included FREE with every inspection, if needed.
Mold Testing
I can take air samples in your home to test the air quality for mold and I can take swab samples to test areas that appear to be mold. Those samples are sent to a lab and the results come back on an easy to read report in a couple days.
Termite Inspection
Don’t let your home fall victim to termite infestation. I outsource certified technicians to inspect your home for termites to insure you are protected.
Sewer Camera Scope
I outsource a qualified professional to come out on the day of the inspection and run a video camera through your main sewer line to determine its condition and pinpoint any problems.
Gas Line Pressure Test
This is a gas line pressure test and evaluation of the fuel runs to ensure there are no leaks in the gas lines. I have a third party company that specializes in mechanical performing this the test.
65 Point Deck Inspection
If your deck is more than 5 years old a deck inspection is recommended. A Rigid Inspections 65 Point Deck Inspection looks at the overall safety of the deck and it’s structure.
Zac is so thorough. When you use him to inspect your home know that you are getting one of the best. He is a family man and when he looks at homes he thinks about if his family had to live there. We have used him for 2 inspections now and each was a great experience. The report is color coded and includes pictures of what he is talking about. I highly recommend him for any home inspections.
