Pre-Drywall Inspection

An inspection of a home during it’s construction phase right before drywall goes up. Includes inspection of framing, structure, and rough in plumbing, mechanical, electrical.

Thermal imaging is included for FREE with every home inspection (a $200 value!). Thermal imaging can allow me to see things like missing or inadequate insulation, building envelope air leaks, moisture intrusion, plumbing leaks, and overheating electrical.

Warranty Inspection

Did your brand new home come with a warranty? I will come inspect it in it’s to make sure all systems and components are in working order before the builder’s warranty expires.

Independent Roof Inspection

A Certified Master Inspector (CMI), like myself, offers an unbiased perspective when examining your roof. My goal is to provide a detailed assessment of your roof’s condition, without the pressure of trying to sell you a roofing repair or replacement service.

Independent Foundation Inspection

Get an unbiased look at your foundation from someone with no skin in the game. I do not make money off referrals or repairs so a foundation inspection from me will give you peace of mind.

Radon Testing

Radon is a colorless, odorless, tasteless cancer causing gas that enters you home through the soil. We will test for Radon on the lowest living, or potential living, level of your home to ensure dangerous levels of radon are not present.

Termite Inspection

Don’t let your home fall victim to termite infestation. I outsource certified technicians to inspect your home for termites to insure you are protected.

Sewer Camera Scope

I outsource a qualified professional to come out on the day of the inspection and run a video camera through your main sewer line to determine its condition and pinpoint any problems.

Mold Testing

I can take swab samples to test areas that appear to be mold. Those samples are sent to a lab and the results come back on an easy to read report in a couple days.

Drone Inspection

I operate a Drone with a 4K video camera and a 48 megapixel still camera that can fly over your roof and take pictures and videos of every angle to make sure it is properly inspected. This is included FREE with every inspection, if needed.

Gas Line Pressure Test

This is a gas line pressure test and evaluation of the fuel runs to ensure there are no leaks in the gas lines. I have a third party company that specializes in mechanical performing this the test.

Septic Inspection

I outsource a qualified professional to come out on the day of the inspection and inspect your septic system and make sure everything is flowing as it should.

Annual Home Maintenance Inspection

Just like a regular home inspection except this is performed annually to ensure your home is in peak shape. On a specified date each year and I will inspect your home and give you a full written report of my findings.

65 Point Deck Safety Inspection

A 65-Point deck inspection which is the most in depth inspection of a deck you will find in the area to ensure your deck is safe for you and your family.
